Attorney Vivian H. Fazio is the founder and president of the Law Offices of Vivian H. Fazio, P.A., located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Experience & Education
Ms. Fazio began her education at the University of Florida College of Liberal Arts and Sciences where she earned her undergraduate degree in political science in 1991. She then went on to pursue her legal education at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center (n/k/a Nova Southeastern University College of Law), where she earned her JD in 1996, after having served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Broward County State Attorney's Office. While serving at the Broward County State Attorney's Office, Ms. Fazio tried misdemeanor cases in county court and sat second chair with veteran homicide prosecutors on murder cases. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in the same year and went on to work as an associate at Billing, Cochran, Heath, Lyles & Mauro, P.A, where her practice was devoted almost exclusively to defending doctors, hospitals, hotels and medium-sized businesses against multi-million dollar lawsuits. In 2007, the firm split, and Ms. Fazio continued working with Billing, Cochran, Lyles, Mauro & Ramsey, P.A., handling a wide variety of legal matters, including complex commercial litigation, for individual, corporate and governmental clients as both plaintiff and defendant, until 2014. In 2015, she founded her own firm, continuing her work with commercial and individual clients in business matters and personal injury cases. She is an experienced litigator and is also a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator. Ms. Fazio is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida and the United States District Court for both the Southern District and Middle District of Florida.

Ms. Fazio is a parishioner of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. She is an active member of the Women's Guild at St. Gregory, serves on the Board of Directors of the Women's Guild, and regularly serves her community helping the homeless and others in need.
